Unlimited number of players
2 cones

3. Description
Start phase:
Player A passes the ball to player B, who is asking for it.
Player B receives the ball and passes it to player A, who is running in.
After the pass, player B moves to the position of player C.
Middle phase:
Player A passes the ball to player C, who is asking for it.
Player C passes the ball directly to the incoming player B.
After passing the ball, player C makes a run around the outside and moves to the position of player D.
Conclusion:
Player B passes the ball to the requesting player D and then starts a run towards the goal.
Player D passes the ball back to the incoming player C.
Player D then makes a run outside and receives a deep pass from player C.
Player D passes the ball into the run of player B, who finishes on goal.
Rotation pattern:
The players follow the following rotation pattern: A → B → D → C → A
When performed on the other side: A → B → D’ → C’ → A
4. Coaching and Focus Points
Coaching points:
Technique: Ensure accurate passing, controlled ball control and effective shooting at goal.
Movement: Encourage players to make active runs and clear pre-actions. Encourage good communication between players.
Two-footedness: Have players regularly switch between left and right foot for passing and finishing.
Points of attention:
If fewer players are available, perform the exercise for 5 minutes on the left side and then 5 minutes on the right side.
Ensure that the exercise is performed smoothly, with players working at a good pace and actively coaching each other.
Make sure that players perform the exercise with focus to achieve the maximum learning effect.
